How do I order?
Place the books you would like to order into your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" on any of the "Order Now" pages. When you have added all of the books you would like to order to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout by clicking either "Checkout" at the top of the page, or "Cart Review" near the bottom of the page.
How much are Shipping and Handling charges?
All orders for more than $29.00 worth of books (excluding any state sales taxes) receive FREE Standard shipping. Otherwise, shipping is only $4.49 per book.
How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?
All prices in our store are listed in US dollars. We currently accept Visa & Mastercard through a completely Secure Server and your Credit Card information is never shared. We currently do not accept checks or money orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently can ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. If you would like to place an international order, please send us an e-mail at the address listed on the "Contact Us' page.
How long will it take to get what I order?
Normal delivery times are 7 to 9 business days for Budget Shipping, and 3 to 5 business days for Standard Ground.
What about your returns policy?
We can only accept returns for damaged or incorrect shipments. If you have ordered something incorrectly, or have a problem with a shipment, please contact us as soon as possible via one of the methods listed on the "Contact Us" page.
I had a problem paying with Credit Card, what should I do?
This sometimes happens and is not a big problem. Please contact us through one of the "Contact Us" links and inform us that you may have encountered a problem. We will look into the matter and get back to you within 24 hours.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Your email address and mailing address are neversold, leased or given to anyone without your permission. We will never, ever give them to any marketers, spammers, etc.
