Highlights:

Most orders will be too far along in the process to be cancelled within 10 minutes of order placement.  However, if you would like to cancel an order for any reason, please feel free to contact us via one of the methods listed on the "Contact Us" page.  We will do our best to accomodate your request.

All orders for more than $29.00 worth of books (excluding any sales taxes) receive FREE Standard shipping.  Otherwise, shipping is only $4.49 per book.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 72 business hours of being received, however backorders can occur.  We will attempt to notify you if a backorder is necessary.

If you order items with different stock availability, for example, an in-stock item along with a backordered item, each item will ship as soon as it's ready.

We are currently able to ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Please note that we currently do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Standard shipping for books is US Postal Service, unless the total weight is 3 lbs or greater in which case they will ship via UPS.

Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Due to the location of our warehouses, we must charge state sales tax on orders shipped to the following states:

• California 7.25%
• Massachusetts 5%
• Tennessee 9.25%
• Minnesota 6.5%
